Have a good idea of what will fix. I’m thinking: grilled marinated chicken (boneless thighs and breasts), black bean salsa, roasted potatoes, roasted corn-on-the-cob, tomato, cucumber and onion salad with feta and fresh mint, hummus and pita bread. Mixed berry cobbler with ice cream, for dessert. Plus, bought a few boxes of ice cream sandwiches and ice cream bars for the finicky teens. I have the nagging feeling that it’s not enough. Why is that?! Tomorrow is cleaning day–inside and out. I’ve put off for way too long. Just tragic, really.
